Who I am
My name is Markus Haller, and I personally take care of the caretaking and monitoring of holiday homes on Lake Garda. I work alone, without employees or intermediaries, because I believe that trust can only be built through a direct relationship.

Those who entrust their home to me know it will be looked after with care and attention: I personally handle every inspection, every check, and every detail. There are no handovers, no strangers – the responsibility is always mine, along with my commitment to seriousness and discretion. I also collaborate with the real estate agency Gardaffare, where I am responsible for supporting German-speaking clients. This allows me to assist owners and buyers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in their own language, offering complete and reliable support. I have lived on and known Lake Garda for over thirty years. I understand how special a second home is – full of memories and expectations. My mission is to make sure that, upon your arrival, everything is in perfect order so you can enjoy the lake with peace of mind.
